“2023 Annual Home Owners Association meeting
March 9th at 7:00 PM at the Davison Township Hall

Bills for dues went out and are due by April 30th. Dues are $250 per lot if paid by April 30th. If paid after April 30th dues are $300. Please reach out to us if there are problems paying dues so we can work with you.

If anyone has any fun ideas for our community to take part in please let us know. We would love to have more events if everyone is interested and willing to help.

Please remember to try not to keep vehicles parked on the street this winter. The county plows our sub. Having vehicles in the street makes it harder for them to maneuver their plows and keep are streets clean.

Also, please be courteous and remember to have your pets on a leash. There is a leash law in Michigan and we all need to follow it. Pets should not be allowed to run free in common areas. Please remember too that we are all responsible for picking up our animals waste when out walking them in the neighborhood.
